Our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 100 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. No hassle, no lengthy explanations required.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 100 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free from damage, stains, perfume, or any alterations
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (preferred but not required)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gifts cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@maisonfloryna.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. Receive instructions — we will respond within 24–48 hours with return shipping details
  3. Ship the item — pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
  4. Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellation

We process and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at contact@maisonfloryna.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you may return it after delivery under our return policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@maisonfloryna.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
