Article 1 – Definitions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are proposed by WYZ COMPANY LLC ("MaisonFloryna", "we", "us", or "our").

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Site": the website maisonfloryna.com and all its pages, exclusively owned and operated by WYZ COMPANY LLC.
• "Products": all physical items available for purchase on the Site.
• "Customer" or "You": any individual visiting the Site and/or purchasing Products.
• "Order": any purchase transaction completed by a Customer on the Site.

Article 2 – Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site and placing an Order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any Products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 3 – Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel Orders placed at the incorrect price and notify the Customer accordingly.

Article 4 – Orders

All Orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by MaisonFloryna. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or stock unavailability.

An Order confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your Order by MaisonFloryna.

Once an Order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@maisonfloryna.com if you need to make changes.

Article 5 – Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 10–14 business days
• Canada: 12–16 business days
• International: 14–21 business days

These are estimates only. MaisonFloryna is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $40 USD. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a shipping fee as displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Article 7 – Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We stand behind our Products with a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 100 days of the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached
• Items must be free from damage, stains, or alterations
• Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@maisonfloryna.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the exclusive property of WYZ COMPANY LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Article 9 – User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

Article 10 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WYZ COMPANY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Article 11 – Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Article 12 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, customers located in the European Union retain their statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
