Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 USD to the United States and Canada. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment directly at Track My Order, or by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website.
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (outside the US), customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
MaisonFloryna has no control over customs processes and cannot predict or be held responsible for any delays, additional charges, or fees imposed by customs authorities.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MaisonFloryna is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Check all possible delivery locations around your property
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
- Contact us at contact@maisonfloryna.com if the issue remains unresolved
We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. MaisonFloryna is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@maisonfloryna.com — we will attempt to update it before the order ships, but this cannot be guaranteed.
